A Brief History of Ingeni Services
Ingeni was established in 2004 by Jonathan Davis, offering consultancy services to the retail motor trade. With a background in business to business sales, finance and insurance he specialised in supplying training and recruitment services to retail motor sector and supporting industries.
As training and human resources specialists and members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Ingeni developed the online compliance training system that became the Ingeni Training Academy. It is still the cornerstone of our compliance business today, and a benchmark for the industry.
In 2010 Ingeni became an Insurance Wholesaler and Third-Party Administrator for insurance products including GAP, Alloy and Total Wheel Insurance, Minor Damage Insurance and Warranties.
Ingeni developed their specialist car insurance products alongside their FCA support programme, to ensure that they were always sold in full compliance with FCA regulations. The company’s view has always been that compliance should be embedded into systems to make it easy to do things right. ingeni are proud that they are able to prove to their customers that selling finance and insurance the right way increases consumer uptake and improves sales.
